Automations and Integrations
Most of the time a business loses is between systems: an order from an email typed into a spreadsheet, a lead from a form waiting for someone to move it, a report someone builds by hand every week. That is what we close.
What we can build
Smart email management
Automatic sorting and tagging, draft replies, and orders and tasks pulled from email straight into your systems.
System integrations
CRM, accounting, website, WhatsApp and Google Sheets. Data entered in one place updates everywhere.
Automated lead handling
From the form or campaign to the CRM, a notification to the rep, a first reply to the customer and a reminder if nobody followed up.
Invoice and document capture
Extract data from supplier invoices, check it against the order, route it for approval and send it to accounting.
Inventory, orders and shipping
Inventory sync between warehouse and website, order closing, payment failure alerts and tracking updates for customers.
CRM setup and customization
Choosing, setting up or cleaning up an existing CRM, with fields, processes and permissions that match how you work.
What is business automation?
Business automation is a process that runs by itself when something happens: a form is submitted, an email arrives, an order comes in, a payment fails. Instead of an employee copying data from place to place, the systems move it themselves and only notify a person when a decision is needed.
Automations for small and mid-sized businesses mostly save the work "between systems": retyping, manual checks, reminders and reports.
Examples of automations every business needs
- A lead from a website form or Facebook enters the CRM, a rep gets notified, and the customer gets a first reply within a minute
- An order from the website updates inventory, creates an invoice and sends a WhatsApp confirmation
- A supplier invoice arriving by email is captured, checked against the order and sent for approval
- A weekly sales report is built and sent to management without anyone putting it together
- A customer who has not paid gets a reminder, and the team gets an alert if they still do not pay
- Incoming emails are sorted by topic and urgency, with a draft reply ready
Email management with AI
An overloaded inbox is one of the things that wears managers and service teams down the most. An AI email automation reads every incoming message, tags it (order, complaint, quote request, invoice), extracts the important details and prepares a draft reply. Anything that needs action becomes a task in your system instead of getting buried in a thread.
Make, n8n or Zapier? And when to write custom code
Make and Zapier suit simple connections between popular systems, and are quick to set up. n8n gives more control and can run on your own server, which lowers costs at high volumes and keeps the data with you.
When a process is complex, needs business logic or handles thousands of actions a day, custom code is sometimes the right call. We choose the tool based on the process, not the other way around.
CRM for your business: setup, integration and cleanup
A good CRM is the foundation of every sales and service automation. We help you choose a CRM for a small or mid-sized business, set it up or clean up an existing one: fields, sales stages, permissions, data import, and connections to your website, WhatsApp, advertising and accounting.

How it works
Map the process
We sit with the people who do the work and see exactly where the time goes.
Start with one process
We pick the one that will save the most and build it first.
Build with backups and logs
Every action is logged, there is an alert when something fails, and you can roll back.
Expand
Once the first one proves itself, we move on to the next.
Frequently asked questions
Do we need to replace our systems?
Almost never. Most of the work is connecting what you already have. If a system really is a blocker, we will say so and suggest an alternative.
What happens when an automation fails?
It never fails silently. Every process sends an alert when something does not go through, and keeps a log of what happened.
Which systems do you work with?
Almost any system with an API or data export: CRMs, accounting software, online stores, Google, WhatsApp and email.
How much does business automation cost?
A simple automation between two systems is a small project. A full process with several systems, conditions and alerts is bigger. You get a fixed-price proposal after we map the process.
Are there monthly costs?
Sometimes, depending on the tool: a Make or Zapier subscription, or a server for n8n. We present the running cost up front and choose the most cost-effective option.
Can you connect Israeli accounting software?
Yes, any system with an API or data export. We will check it in the very first call.
